BrandLoci Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By signing up as an affiliate with BrandLoci, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. These terms govern your participation in our affiliate program and your eligibility to earn commissions.

Eligibility & Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • BrandLoci reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion. 

Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Promote BrandLoci services legally and ethically.
  • Do not engage in false advertising or misrepresent BrandLoci services.
  • Avoid spamming, misleading claims, or unauthorized brand representation.
  • Do not use paid ads bidding on BrandLoci’s brand name or variations.

Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn up to 15% commission on successful referrals.
  • Commissions are calculated based on the amount the referred client spends.
  • Recurring commissions apply as long as the referred client remains subscribed.
  • Commission breakdown:
    • Basic Plan: Up to ₦112,500 per client per month.
    • Standard Plan: Up to ₦187,500 per client per month.
    • Premium Plan: Up to ₦300,000 per client per month.

Payment Terms

  • Payments are made monthly via bank transfer or other agreed payment methods.
  • Affiliates must reach a minimum payout threshold of ₦50,000.
  • Payments are processed within the first week of the following month.
  • BrandLoci reserves the right to withhold payments if fraud or violation of terms is suspected.

Cookie Tracking & Attribution

  • The affiliate tracking cookie lasts for 60 days.
  • If a customer uses multiple affiliate links, the commission is awarded to the last referring affiliate.
  • Self-referrals (signing up for services using your own affiliate link) are prohibited.

Termination of Affiliate Account

BrandLoci reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account if:

  • There is evidence of fraud or dishonest promotion tactics.
  • The affiliate violates any of these terms and conditions.
  • The affiliate remains inactive for 6 months without generating referrals.

Modifications to the Program

BrandLoci reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes that affect their earnings or participation.

Liability & Disclaimer

  • BrandLoci is not liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of participation in the affiliate program.
  • We do not guarantee specific earnings, as results vary based on individual marketing efforts.
